ACADEMIC MAJOR:   Sport Management

BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Ty Ramsier played his first season of football at Baldwin Wallace University in 2015-2016. He received a certificate of participation.

As a freshman in 2015-2016, Ty played his first season of football and received a certificate of participation. The wide receiver split time between the varsity and junior varsity teams at wide receiver. Ty caught six passes for 59 yards, including a season-long 32-yarder. He helped the offense to average 31.5 points and 420.6 yards of total offense per game. BW finished 7-3 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Ty grew up in Rittman, Ohio and graduated from Rittman High School.

Ty played football, basketball and baseball and earned a total of 11 varsity letters, including four each in football and baseball.

In football, Ty earned honorablemention All-Wayne County.

In basketball, Ty was All-Wayne County and honorable mention All-District.

In baseball, Ty was a two-time first-team All-Wayne County Athletic League, two-time first-team All-Wayne County, two-time first-team All-District and first-team All-Ohio selection.

In addition to playing three sports, Ty was the Senior Class President.
