BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Mike Connolly will compete in his third seasons of football and track at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014. He has earned one varsity letter in track.

ACADEMIC HONORS:  Mike carries a 3.011 grade point average.

GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION:  Mike enters his junior season looking to earn playing time as a running back on the varsity squad. BW has compiled a 15-5 record in his time in the Brown and Gold.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Mike competed in his first season of football and saw playing time on the junior varsity squad as a running back.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Mike competed in his second season of football and earned a Certificate of Participation playing on the team.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Mike enters his junior season competing as sprinter. He has helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 73-19-1 record in his time in the Brown and Gold.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Mike competed in his first season of indoor track and field. Mike ran his best time in the 55-meter dash at the Greater Cleveland Championship placing third with a time of 7.00 seconds.

As a sophomore in 2012-13, Mike competed in his second season of indoor track and field.  He broke his previous record in the 55-meter run with a mark of 6.99 seconds at the 2013 Greater Cleveland Collegiate Championship.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Mike will compete in his third season of indoor track and field.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Following a season without competition, Mike enters his junior season looking to compete in his second season of outdoor track. In his only season of outdoor track, he had helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 37-7 record.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Mike competed in his first season of outdoor track and field. Mike ran the fastest time in the 100-meter dash at the Sparky Adams Invitational with a mark of 11.55 seconds.

As a sophomore, Mike did not participate in the outdoor track and field season.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Mike grew up in Macomb, Mich. and graduated from Eisenhower High School. He played four years of football and earned four varsity letters. He also ran track for four years and earned four letters.

In track as a junior and senior, Mike earned first-team All-County in the 4x100-meter and 4x200-meter dashes.

Academically in 2009 and 2010, Mike was named Mac Red All-Academic in football.
