BEREA, Ohio -- Senior All-Ohio Athletic Conference and Academic All-OAC swimmer Angela Musille (Canton/GelnOak) has been named as the OAC Women's Swimmer-of-the-Week for her efforts at last weekend's Cleveland City Duals.
Musille, who garners her fifth career OAC weekly honor and first of the season, won four events individually and swam on a winning relay team as the Yellow Jackets split a pair of dual meets at the Second Annual Cleveland College Dual Meet Championships at Oberlin College.
She won the 200-yard individual medley in a time of 2:21.45 and the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:10.23 and swam on the second place 200-yard medley relay team in a loss on Friday night against the College of Wooster. On Saturday in a win versus Hiram College, Musille won the 400-yard individual medley in a time of 5:04.62 and the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:35.22. She was also a member of the winning 200-yard medley relay in a time of 1:55.67.
The Yellow Jackets are back in action this Saturday when they swim in the final round of the Cleveland City Duals against Hiram College and NCAA Division II Notre Dame College at 1 p.m. in Hiram.
